Why fill out the specific subject-based reflections and goals?
You need to chip away at your big goals! ⚒️
Most people fail to achieve their big goals simply because they don’t break them down into smaller steps. All they can see are these big overwhelming goals they’ve set for themselves and they don’t know where to start working on it.
Ask yourself: “What steps do I need to take to achieve my goal?”

- Revise work at home after every lesson
- Use my diary daily to record my assessments and homework so I can become more organised
- Reduce my paid work hours to a maximum of 10 hours a week
- Do 2 to 3 hours of school work every day and 4 hours on weekends
- Make study notes for all my subjects
- Watch the news daily to help with Business Studies and Economics
- Ask my teacher to look at my drafts before submitting assessment tasks if permitted
- Attend all lessons and ensure I arrive to them on time
- Do maths practice questions regularly using past HSC exams and past trial papers
- Do practice extended response questions and short answer questions for Modern History and Legal Studies and submit fortnightly to my teacher to review
